Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing or courier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can monitor your delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Returns
We want you and your dog to love your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:

Custom Name Patches
As custom name patches are personalised specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
